East Anglian friends are invited to join me at the Slow Living Market in Oxford, Suffolk for a three hour, hands on medicine making workshop focusing on Autumn herbs for Winter health.

Rosehips, Hawthorns, Elderberries and various roots are all abundant in the autumn. Find out why these plants are especially good at supporting our health as we face the long winter season ahead. At this workshop, we’ll talk about and make various preparations; including teas, tinctures and oxymels, for preserving and turning both wild and cultivated plants into medicine. You'll take home a helpful handout and some potent (and delicious!) herbal brews to get you started on your journey to becoming a home herbalist. This course is for beginners-no prior knowledge of herbs is required.

This workshop runs from 10 am sharp to 1 pm, in the Orford Town Hall, Suffolk, IP12 2NZ

Price is £70 per person and includes all materials.
